With responsibilities spanning vaccinations, disease state management, and collaboration with pharmacy technicians, you will help deliver exceptional health services across banners like Sobeys, Safeway, and FreshCo, depending on location.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid Certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and counseling across therapies and vaccinations.
• Develop and update care plans, document interventions, and follow up with patients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive pharmacy services.
• Remain up-to-date with regulatory requirements and pharmacy programs.
