AgeCare in Ontario is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate resident care according to care plans and to assist in maintaining a safe, dignified environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

You will monitor care, document observations, attend trainings, and help onboard new staff while adhering to IPAC policies. The role offers meaningful work and opportunities for growth within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Knowledge of simple treatments and bedside care.
• Understanding sanitation and cleaning basics for geriatric residents.
• Familiar with IPAC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor care as per plan and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in documenting resident information as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions, staff meetings and workshops.
• Assist onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
