Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma is required.
• Meet Ontario vocational standards as per government bodies.
• Basic sanitation and bedside care knowledge for geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident care to ensure alignment with care plans and report findings to supervisor.
• Document information related to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assist in onboarding of new staff.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
