Job summary

Colonial Group in Calgary is seeking a hands-on Property/ Site Coordinator for McKinnon Court Apartments. You will manage cleaning, maintenance, lease showings, rent collection, and coordination with contractors.

Required: 2 years of customer service experience, post-secondary education in a related field is an asset, and comfort with computer/web-based programs. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is essential, with physical duties such as walking, lifting up to 10kg, and stairs

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience required.
• Post-Secondary education in related field is an asset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to web-based programs and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Love people and take ownership of the site; hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Be flexible with schedule; available to work evenings and weekends.
• Collect rent and follow up on defaults.
• Inspect vacant and upcoming suites; lease and show suites.
• Conduct annual suite inspections and prepare bank deposits.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure work meets contract conditions.
• Assist with snow removal, cleaning and touch-up painting as required.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
