Qualifications

• Previous property management experience would be an asset.
• Budgeting and financial acumen are important.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Must have a clean driver’s abstract and pass a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process: showings, applications, leases, and renewals.
• Support portfolio manager with move-ins, turnover, and lease renewals to keep inventory up-to-date.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with property teams and vendors; ensure safety and cost efficiency.
