Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze budgets for the property and monitor financial reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage communications with vendors, contractors, and owners.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, and train team members; monitor performance.
