Job summary

Up With Women / Exponenti’elles is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Greater Toronto Area with hybrid work in Toronto. The role focuses on building relationships with clients and community partners while coordinating program activities and events.

You will manage intake and outreach, help plan group sessions, and support facilitators. The position requires strong communication, organization, and a client-centered approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse clients including those facing poverty or housing instability.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with clients, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate client outreach, intake, onboarding, and follow-ups.
• Plan and facilitate group sessions and workshops.
• Support recruitment of facilitators and monitor program processes and policies.
• Create and maintain client files and program documents.
