Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities, an operating platform of QuadReal Property Group, seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations, tenant satisfaction, and administrative tasks across a residential leasing community.

This role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and service excellence as you help coordinate maintenance, process leases, respond to tenant inquiries, and assist on-site staff to ensure safe, well‑maintained, welcoming homes.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience in property management or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi) preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Conduct property inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs.
• Assist in organizing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Support lease administration, including processing new leases and renewals.
