Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, Hospitality, or related industries.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking.
• Self-starter with initiative, flexibility, and professionalism.
• Ability to develop relationships with staff, contractors, residents.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and resident relations at the property, including tours, applications, and lease documentation.
• Provide move-in inspections and new home orientation for residents.
• Feedback on rental rates, promotions, and market conditions to maximise revenue.
• Issue notices and maintain privacy compliance in administration.
• Support front desk operations and resident correspondence.
