Job summary

Tribe Property Technologies is seeking an experienced Community Manager (Condominium Manager) to lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of high-rise properties in Ontario. You will build strong relationships with councils, owners, residents, and service providers while ensuring financial and operational success.

As the primary contact for your portfolio, you will manage budgets, prepare reports, ensure governance and compliance, coordinate vendors, and attend council meetings, delivering

Qualifications

  • General CMRAO licence is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of condominium property management experience.
  • Experience managing high-rise condominium communities.
  • Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between properties.
  • RCM designation (asset) is a plus.

What You Bring

  • Comfortable using property management software and technology-based tools.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between properties.
  • RCM designation, or progress toward obtaining one, is considered an asset.
