Job summary

Tribe Property Technologies in Ontario is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee condominium portfolios, including high-rise communities, and to partner with councils to ensure smooth operations and financial success.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate vendors, prepare budgets, and provide excellent customer service while navigating governance and bylaws. A CMRAO licence and condo management experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Valid General CMRAO Licence.
  • Minimum 3 years of condominium property management experience.
  • Experience managing high-rise condominium communities.
  • Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable using property management software and technology-based tools.
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between properties.
  • RCM designation, or progress toward obtaining one, is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties.
  • Build trusted relationships with strata councils, owners, residents, and service providers.
  • Provide guidance on governance, budgeting, maintenance planning, and community operations.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reporting, and council recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, bylaws, and company standards.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to maintain strong property performance.
  • Resolve issues proactively while delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Attend council meetings and support councils with timely communication and follow-through.
