Northern Health is seeking a Home Support Attendant/Resident Care Aide to deliver compassionate in‑home care in the Fort Nelson area. Under supervision, you will support daily living activities, help clients maintain independence, and follow a care plan to promote safety and well‑being in the community.
Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility, coordinating with family and care teams, and complying with registration requirements.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, this position provides home support services to clients in accordance with a pre-established care plan. Assists with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, planning and preparing meals while promoting maximum independence. Performs delegated tasks for which delegation of tasks training has been completed. A key component of this job is to ensure the well-being of individuals and families and to promote independent living while in the community.
