Northern Health's Laurier Manor in Prince George seeks a Registered Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities and follow established care plans. • First Aid Certificate and CPR

Position Summary

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, this position provides support services to residents in accordance with the pre-established care plan. The Long-Term Care Aide works cooperatively with residents, colleagues, families, and volunteers to create a respectful, positive home like environment. This includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene and assisting with therapeutic recreation activities while promoting maximum independence. Performs delegated tasks for which delegation of tasks training has been completed.

Qualfications
