Job summary

Myers Automotive Group in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario is seeking a driven sales leader to develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.

You will lead a sales team, provide training, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 3 years of leadership experience and CRM familiarity, especially Salesforce, are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Provide ongoing training and development for sales staff.
