Job summary

Sky Kitchen & Flooring in Belleville is seeking an Independent contracted- Commission Sales Representative to join our team. You will lead outbound efforts, meet homeowners in showroom and on project sites, and tailor kitchen, cabinetry, flooring, countertop, and tile solutions.

This role is 100% commission based with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings when required. You will build relationships, prepare quotations, and coordinate with design, estimating and installation teams

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; experience in kitchens, renovations, cabinetry, flooring, real estate, or home improvement is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate/manage own sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
