Job summary

Paul’s Walls and Sons Inc. in Belleville, Ontario, is seeking a Full Time Renovation Operations Manager / Site Supervisor to lead multiple residential and commercial renovation projects, coordinate timelines, and ensure quality results.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong scheduling skills, and clear communication with homeowners throughout each project. You will manage change orders, supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential renovations or general contracting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of renovation sequencing and construction practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital project documentation.
• Valid G Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential and commercial renovation projects.
• Lead and support field crews while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and clients throughout each project.
• Prepare and manage change orders.
• Assist with scheduling employees, subcontractors, and project timelines.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available before each phase of work.
• Perform quality control inspections and resolve job site issues.
• Work on the tools when required to support the crew and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain daily communication with management regarding project progress.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday with the possibility of extended hours.
• Wages: $60,000 per year base salary.
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on experience)
