Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Commission Sales Associate at Mokamedia Design, requiring virtual meetings twice a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including generating leads, delivering compelling pitches to potential clients, and effectively closing sales. This role involves cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, consistently achieving sales targets, and collaborating closely with our talented design team to ensure client needs are met.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-based role offering a competitive base commission rate of 20% of the total project value for each successful sale. Further details on the commission structure and payment terms will be provided during the interview process.

Qualifications

• 3 Years Experience in Sales.
• Proven skills in Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communication skills.
• Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience within the design or creative industry is considered a valuable asset.
• Experience with HubSpot, Slack, and Asana is considered a valuable asset.
