Colliers International Canada is seeking an energetic Associate and real estate broker to drive business development in Quebec City. You will identify contacts, pursue leads, and contribute to transactions under senior mentorship.

You will learn Colliers’ approach to leasing, sales, and market research while maintaining CRM records and supporting deal execution. A real estate license or progress toward it is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Real Estate Brokerage license required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop business relationships with clients and prospects; assist with deals.
• Conduct market information research using a variety of tools.
• Lead on-site tours of properties for clients and prospects.
