Job description

Toromont Cat is looking for a Commercial Product Support Manager - Mining to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
  1. Developing product/service sales strategies
  2. Providing supporting data regarding economic or strategic benefits, investment costs, risks, and alternatives for parts and service
  3. Developing total solutions to be offered
  4. Setting prices, discount ranges, and profit margins for parts and service sales
  5. Participating in negotiating marketing programs
  6. Determining parts inventory needs and pricing for new product introductions
  7. Visiting mine sites throughout Northern Ontario, Manitoba & Quebec
  8. Forecasting revenues and expenses
  9. Identifying and resolving performance, process, and expense issues
  10. Addressing customer concerns and building long-term relationships
  11. Planning, hiring, and resource allocation within the department
  12. Liaising with Cat district representatives and dealerships regarding product support sales and service
  13. Networking with community, associations, and client groups to develop relationships and business opportunities
Minimum requirements:
  • College Diploma in Business, Engineering, Mechanics, or a Business Degree
