Toromont Cat is looking for a Commercial Product Support Manager - Mining to join our team!

As a Commercial Product Support Manager, YOU will experience:

In a typical day, YOU will:

  • Develop product/service sales strategies
  • Provide supporting data regarding economic or strategic benefits, investment costs, risks, and alternatives for parts and service
  • Evaluate long-term customer potential and strategy
  • Develop total solutions to be offered
  • Set prices, discount ranges, and profit margins for parts and service sales; including general prices, discounts, trade-ins, and discounts
  • Participate in negotiating marketing programs
  • Determine parts inventory needs and pricing for new product introductions
  • Visit mine sites throughout Northern Ontario, Manitoba, and Quebec
  • Forecast revenues and expenses
  • Identify and resolve performance, process, and other expense problems
  • Address customer concerns and resolve problems effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Plan, hire, and assign resources to meet department demands
  • Liaise with Cat district representatives and other dealerships regarding product support sales and service issues and best practices
  • Network with community, associations, and client groups to develop relationships and business

Must-haves for this role:

  • College Diploma in Business, Engineering, Mechanics, or a Business Degree
