Job summary

Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group in Quesnel, BC is seeking a Licensed Commercial Lines CSR with at least 5 years of commercial lines office experience. A General Insurance Level 2 license is required, and candidates should demonstrate strong client service and teamwork.

Job Summary

Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available for a Licensed Commercial Lines CSR at our office in Quesnel. If you have a General Insurance Level 2 license and at least 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance office experience, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Assist Commercial Producers with their portfolios in numerous areas such as marketing, processing, customer contact for additional information, accounts receivable, claims reporting to name a few
• Collaborate daily with producers and team members through Microsoft Teams to support the coordination of commercial lines accounts and ensure timely, accurate communication
• Keep detailed notes on our computer system at all times (Paperless Environment)
• Keep abeyances updated and current

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Minimum Level 2 General Insurance Salesperson License
• Minimum 5 years of insurance office experience in commercial lines
• Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers and team members
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service
• Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
• Company Portal knowledge is an asset
• Computer skills including working knowledge with Word & Excel
