Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group is seeking an Auto & Personal Lines Advisor for our Hart Hwy office in Prince George, BC. You will coordinate policy changes and help new clients obtain coverage across insurance products.

The role requires IP Level 2 license (or Level 1 willing to upgrade) and at least one year in an insurance office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Level 2 General Insurance License (or Level 1 with willingness to upgrade).
• At least 1 year of insurance office experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to update notes in the system.

Responsabilités

• Provide new quotes on Personal Lines products.
• Provide renewal terms and optional coverage.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
• Cross-sell to build Complete Customer Portfolios.
• Maintain detailed notes in the computer system.
• Update evaluators when necessary.
• Keep abeyances current and manage accounts receivable.

Autoplan/Personal Lines Advisor Opportunity

Location: 6732 Hart Highway, Prince George, BC

Johnston Meier Insurance has an exciting position available for an Auto & Personal Lines Advisor, at our Hart Hwy. office in Prince George, to assist with our existing book of business. This role requires the candidate to coordinate changes to existing client policies and help new clients obtain coverage across a wide range of insurance products. If you have a General Insurance Level 2 License (or a General Level 1 License and are willing to learn) and at least one year of insurance office experience, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Provide new quotes on all Personal Lines types of business
• Provide renewal terms and optional coverage
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios
• Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)
• Update evaluators when necessary
• Keep abeyances updated and current
• Accounts Receivable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Level 2 General Insurance License (or a Level 1 General Insurance License and willing to achievea Level 2 General Insurance License)
• Be willing to be trained and with the intention for a level 2 license.
• Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers, and team members
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service
• Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
• Company Portal knowledge is an asset
• Computer skills including working knowledge with Word & Excel
