Job summary

Quandri Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the commercial lines product from discovery through launch.

You will own the end-to-end product definition, collaborate with agencies and leaders, and guide the roadmap with a focus on market entry and early adoption. The role emphasizes rigorous discovery, platform thinking, and cross-functional leadership, with a bias toward delivering real customer impact and actionable learning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fast-moving environments.
• 0-to-1 experience taking a product from concept through discovery, launch, and early scaling, under ambiguous requirements.
• Strong discovery skills with customer research that uncovers root workflow problems.
• Platform thinking and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and a bias toward action in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Product Definition: map the commercial renewal workflow end to end with agencies and leaders.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: set the roadmap and decide what to reuse from the platform vs. new builds.
• 0-to-1 Product Development: own problem definition through launch and iteration with rapid prototyping.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align engineering, design, implementation, and customer success.
• Go-to-Market & Early Adoption: partner with Sales/Marketing on positioning and early adopter criteria.
• Measurement & Iteration: define metrics linking usage to broker outcomes and adjust course as needed.
