You will help translate business objectives into actionable items and assist in delivering the business and technology roadmap to improve customer experience and scalable operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with TS teams, vendors, regulators, and internal stakeholders, while building training materials and supporting rollout activities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications
