Job summary

Quandri is an AI-powered insurtech transforming how agencies operate, with a Vancouver HQ and ambitious growth. We seek an operator to build the operational backbone of a fast-scaling AI company, owning business processes, security/compliance, and vendor management while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Ops.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and scalable design. You’ll report to the Head of Finance & Operations and drive change across teams, shaping how work gets done as the company

Qualifications

• Sharp, analytical thinker who breaks problems down and identifies root causes.
• Past experience designing, building, and running operational processes at scale.
• Passion for AI-enabled work and adoption of AI tools in business workflows.
• Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar).
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and delivering structured solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own business process design and adoption to replace tribal knowledge with scalable systems.
• Own security and compliance program, including SOC 2, evidence collection, policy authorship, and audit readiness.
• Own vendor management lifecycle: intake, risk review, security assessment, approvals, renewals, offboarding.
• Drive change management: rollout, training, and ensuring new workflows become habits.
• Lead special projects across Finance, Product, and Ops (pricing analysis, vendor consolidation, GTM efficiency).
• Help drive AI adoption by designing and building AI-enabled internal workflows and agentic processes.
