Job summary

BrokerLink is seeking an Experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our Strathmore, AB team on a permanent full-time basis. You will renew, sell, prospect and service a commercial book, building trust, maintaining a strong client list, and delivering timely service.

If you are motivated, sales‑oriented and passionate about exceptional customer experience, we want to meet you! You will provide front-line sales and customer service for small to mid‑Market Commercial Insurance accounts,

Qualifications

• At least have P&C insurance sales experience.
• Hold a valid AIC Level I or II General Insurance License.
• Valid Alberta driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line sales and customer service for commercial accounts.
• Advise and counsel clients on coverage needs and recommendations.
• Retain and grow the assigned commercial book through servicing and new business.
• Generate new business in commercial lines via calls, letters, and inbound inquiries.
• Work independently under the Commercial Insurance Manager.
