Job summary

Boardwalk Insurance Corporation is hiring a Commercial Account Associate on our Growth Team in Woodbridge, Ontario. You will manage a steady pipeline of 60–100 warm inbound leads monthly, respond quickly to inquiries, and guide clients through discovery calls and risk assessments.

You’ll work with underwriters to tailor terms for GL, Property, E&O, Cyber, and Commercial Auto, using AI tools and our CRM to build clean risk packages and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business or risk-focused field.
• 1–3 years in B2B sales, account management, or insurance operations.
• Comfort with CRMs and AI tools; quick learner of new platforms.
• Strong writing and speaking skills with a confident professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady pipeline of warm inbound leads (60–100/month).
• Respond to inquiries quickly to keep leads from cooling.
• Run discovery calls and assess client needs with scripts and risk frameworks.
• Collaborate with underwriters on terms across GL, Property, E&O, Cyber, and Commercial Auto.
• Build clean risk packages and disseminate to multiple carriers.
