Summit is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across Canada, delivering tailored coverage and a seamless client experience from quote to bind. You will lead management of leads, drive new business, and expand the pipeline with a data‑driven approach.

• Level 2 license required (RIBO license an asset).
• Minimum 3 years in insurance sales, production underwriting, or commercial marketing; commercial lines experience required.
• Passion for sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Familiar with CRM and sales tools; persistent and proactive in pursuing leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management: engage warm commercial insurance leads provided by the Sales Development Team.
• Prospecting & sales: grow a sustainable pipeline through data-driven strategies and CRM.
• Networking: represent Summit at local industry events to develop relationships.
• Front line underwriting: advise on risk and tailor coverage solutions.
• Collaboration: work with Account Management and Sales Development to optimize leads and service.
