Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial insurance experience with broker-level credentials.
• Broker Level 2 License and pursuing CAIB/CRM/CIP designations.
• Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service.
• Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Manage policy renewals, policy changes and cancellations.
• Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads.
• Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions.
