Job summary

BrokerLink Inc. seeks an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance in Kitchener, ON for a permanent full-time role.

You will provide prompt client service, handle commercial paperwork, assist with quotes, and coordinate with insurers to renew terms and process endorsements. Ideal candidates bring a valid RIBO license or EPIC experience is a plus, strong administration and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid RIBO license or willingness to obtain EPIC experience would be an asset.
• Strong customer focus and administration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with prompt service by offering advice and addressing concerns.
• Receive and process all incoming Commercial paperwork.
• Assist with quotes, write new business, review coverage and update client files.
• Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients.
• Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Communicate with insurers, negotiate with underwriters, and renew terms.
• Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters.
