Job summary

BrokerLink seeks an experienced Commercial Insurance Advisor to renew, sell, prospect, and service a Provincial Commercial Book of Business. Build trust, maintain a strong client list, close commercial sales, and deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients.

The role requires strong sales orientation, a passion for client experience, retention and growth, and the ability to work independently with supervision from the Insurance Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior P&C insurance sales experience is required.
• Valid RIBO license is required; can be pursued after selection.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license is required.
• Strong customer focus and sales acumen are essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach with proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accountable, goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Exposure to EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line sales and customer service for Commercial Insurance accounts via inbound calls.
• Advise and counsel clients on coverage and provide recommendations based on needs.
• Generate new business in commercial lines through calls, letters, and inbound inquiries.
• Work independently under general supervision of the Commercial Insurance Manager.
