Job summary

Aplin — our client in Owen Sound — is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join a collaborative team and support an established book of commercial business.

This relationship‑driven role offers variety, autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

You will liaise with clients, producers, underwriters and carriers, handle renewals and risk reviews, and maintain accurate records using PowerBroker and Applied EPIC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance or underwriting experience.
• RIBO license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong understanding of commercial risks and client service.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Commercial Insurance and/or Underwriting experience
• RIBO license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Strong understanding of commercial risks
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Confident communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Local knowledge of Owen Sound and surrounding businesses is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

• $48,537–$75,000, based on experience
