BrokerLink is seeking an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance to join our growing team in Canada. You will provide prompt service, discuss customer concerns, and assist with quotes and new business while maintaining client files. You will collaborate with insurers to negotiate terms and renewals, ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance or willingness to obtain license/accreditation (CAIB, CIP) is an asset.
• Strong customer focus and administration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service and advise customers on insurance needs.
• Process incoming commercial paperwork and prepare documentation for insurers.
• Assist with quotes, write new business, review coverage and update client files.
• Issue insurance certificates and process endorsements and payments.
• Liaise with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and renewals.
