Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Red Deer is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial Insurance to grow a book of business and serve as a trusted advisor to our commercial clients. You’ll cultivate client relationships, expand existing programs, analyze risks, and negotiate the best terms while delivering exceptional service and contributing to Westland’s growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Commercial Lines experience and Level 2 License.
• Bonus! Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation
• Bonus 2! Participate in professional development courses

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
• Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements
• Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
