You will leverage 5+ years of Commercial Lines experience, a RIBO license, and strong client service to deliver tailored insurance solutions while contributing to Westland’s growth and rewards program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines experience.
• RIBO license required.
• Bonus: working towards CAIB/CIP designation.
• Bonus: participate in professional development courses.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships by providing an exceptional client experience from sales to service.
• Uncover challenges and analyze risks to prioritize product/service requirements.
• Develop proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate terms for clients.
