Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial Insurance in Lethbridge, AB. You will maintain and grow a book of business, acting as a trusted advisor to commercial clients.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client service, expanding existing programs, and cultivating new business opportunities while supporting Westland’s growth strategy. Ideal candidates have a minimum 5 years in Commercial Lines, hold a Level 2 License, and are pursuing CAIB/CIP designations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Commercial Lines experience and Level 2 License.
• Bonus! Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation.
• Bonus 2! Participate in professional development courses

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service.
• Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements.
• Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
