Responsibilities
  • Serving ongoing client needs, providing advice, assessments and solutions.
  • Driving new business growth by selling policies to new clients, while retaining existing relationships.
  • Innovating lead generation strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Negotiating coverages, rates, and premiums with insurance underwriters to secure optimal solutions for clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications

Required:

  • RIBO License is required*
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial lines insurance brokerage or insurance company
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Applied Systems is an asset
