Mowen Insurance Brokers o/a A Division of Oracle RMS in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to strengthen client relations and support underwriting collaborations. The role emphasizes renewal processing, policy changes, and proactive risk reviews across mid-market P&C accounts.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Commercial Lines experience, a current RIBO license, and be able to work two days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR.
• Excellent Customer Service, Communication and Computer skills with Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to work as a team and work well under pressure.
• Superior organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• RIBO License and willing to work 2 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining positive client relations.
• Collaborate with Underwriters daily and maintain strong relationships.
• Review property appraisals and identify coverage limits.
• Review new business and renewal policies and advise on limits and coverages.
• Manage client policy renewals and re-market existing clients when needed.
• Process payments and banking information changes.
• Transact and invoice agency bill policies.
• Follow up on abeyances daily.
• Assist Account Executives with renewals and policy changes.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining positive client relations
• Carry a positive demeanor and outlook when it comes to customer management and service
• Collaborate with our Underwriters daily and maintain a strong and positive relationship
• Review property appraisals, reports and identify/make recommendations on limits and coverages
• Review new business and renewal policies making recommendations on limits and coverages
• E-Docs/Renewal lists – review coverages and handle accordingly per producer
• Manage client policy renewals as well as re‑market existing clients when necessary
• Process outstanding payments and banking information changes
• Transact and Invoice Agency Bill Policies
• Follow up on abeyances on a daily basis
• Quote policy changes through company portals
• Assist Account Executives with renewals, policy changes and new business processing
• Ability to problem solve and use appropriate judgment when assessing a risk or issue
