Qualifications

• Final year of post-secondary education pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields with an expected graduation date before May 31, 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn credit structuring and risk assessment.
• Mobility is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Banking Managers with existing client relationships and financing transactions.
• Provide quality financial and industry analysis as part of the deal team.
• Participate in sales cycle activities to prepare for the Relationship Manager role.
• Develop business development initiatives to meet growth targets.
