Job summary

RBC is seeking a Commercial Banking Advisor in Ottawa to join a results-oriented Client Relationship Team. You will advise business clients, onboard them and grow relationships by leveraging RBCs digital solutions and cash management offerings.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, continuous learning and superior client experiences, with mobility across Eastern Ontario and Ottawa as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of service and sales experience in financial, retail, or service industries.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive sales results.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and advisory skills.
• Experience with digital banking solutions and client onboarding processes.
• Willingness to travel/be mobile within Eastern Ontario and Ottawa.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and advise clients on RBCs digital solutions.
• Provide holistic advice on day-to-day banking, deposits and cash management solutions.
• Identify client needs and develop solutions with the Client Relationship Team.
• Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and grow opportunities.
