Selectpath Insurance is looking for talent in the Insurance Industry! We are accepting applications for experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers who are knowledgeable expert advisors in commercial lines insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a renewal book of business
2. Working closely with Producers and staff on client service, marketing, and renewal processes, adhering to best practices and procedures
3. Initiating Account Planning with Producer 100 days before renewal, supporting plans, discussing issues, and creating comprehensive plans for clients
4. Developing new business from existing accounts and leads, contributing to departmental goals
5. Managing account documentation including inquiries, quotes, binders, statements of values, contracts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
6. Reviewing client coverage, exposures, and risk to determine product/service needs
7. Ensuring accurate and timely servicing and billing
8. Enhancing knowledge of insurance products and client needs through training

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience
• O license required
• B. designation is an asset
• Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC
