Job summary

DGA Careers Inc. in Hamilton, ON is recruiting a Commercial Account Manager to service a growing portfolio and support the continued growth of its commercial business.

The role requires managing day-to-day client relationships, renewals, policy changes, and related servicing needs, in a hybrid office setting (2–3 days in office). You will collaborate with producers and the service team to deliver responsive client support.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of commercial insurance experience within a P&C brokerage environment.
• RIBO licence in good standing is a must.
• Experience with commercial realty, manufacturing, contractor, or fleet accounts is an asset.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic is preferred.
• Strong client-service, organizational, and communication skills.

DGA is recruiting on behalf of an established brokerage client in the Hamilton area. The client is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to service a growing portfolio and support the continued growth of its commercial business.
