Our Commercial Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell Salesforce Customer 360. They build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, helping customers realize value from their investments. Opportunities are developed through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction
  • Create and execute long-term account strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs
  • Perform account planning and ensure strategic alignment
  • Communicate Salesforce's value proposition
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field
  • Experience managing customer accounts for upselling, cross-selling, or new logo acquisition
  • Strong presentation and strategic skills
  • Experience evaluated based on core competencies, including leadership roles, military, volunteer work, or relevant employment
