Job Title: HOKA SR. Account Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager, Canada

Location: Remote - Toronto

The Role

As a HOKA Sr. Account executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing National accounts within your defined portfolio. The Sr.AE is responsible for the long-term development of all accounts, profitable growth for the brand as well as building strong relationships, both internally and externally, with all key stakeholders. This role will deliver all agreed upon targets, through maximizing productivity of existing accounts as well as pursuing new distribution that is consistent with the HOKA strategic plan and objectives.

Extensive travel and occasional overnight stays are expected throughout and across the regional territory.

  • 2. Manage accounts and orderbook
  • 3. Align with key stakeholders to maximize long term profitability

Who You Are

A successful AE will have great presentation and communication skills, be a great team player, show initiative and have a clear understanding of sales metrics. Knowledge of the running and sportswear is valued.

In this role, we are looking for someone with sales experience and knowledge of the footwear industry. This person must be good at strategizing to achieve set goals and targets. Being comfortable with various reporting and presentation tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint are essential. You must be able to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders both internally and externally.

$94,000 - $104,000 CAD

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Toronto. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
