Job summary

Assured Automotive in Canada seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer service while creating repair estimates and coordinating needs with customers and insurers. You will document damages, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

responsible for producing accurate Estima tes using Audatex and Mitchell, participating in training and health & safety sessions, and upholding our standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s, minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with details from every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW processes.
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell following guidelines.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with team and insurers.
