Excellence Auto Collision - Silver Star in Scarborough, ON is seeking an Estimator who will assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair cost estimates. You will collaborate with customers, insurance adjusters and technicians to ensure repairs meet OEM standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of collision-estimator experience, strong communication, organization, and the ability to drive a manual transmission. Join a fast-paced team committed to excellence and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Collision Centre Estimator role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage senior leadership.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history; able to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact to clients during the repair process.
• Examine and evaluate vehicle damage to determine repair scope.
• Write comprehensive estimates and supplements for OEM repairs.
• Inspect vehicles for quality control throughout repairs.
• Set customer expectations and communicate repair plans.
• Update clients on completion times, costs and changes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Promote a healthy and safe working environment.
