Job summary

Assured Automotive in Canada seeks an Estimator to provide a seamless customer experience while creating vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document repairs, parts, and communications with customers and insurers to align with KPIs for the repair facility.

The role requires familiarity with Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems, along with ASE, Mitchell, and Car-Part knowledge, and a commitment to safety and continuous training in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with DRP processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with details from every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Attend training sessions and participate in monthly health & safety meetings.
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following guidelines.
