Job summary

Assured Automotive is hiring an Estimator to prepare vehicle damage estimates, coordinate repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers. The role involves utilizing Audatex and Mitchell systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to OEM repair procedures.

You will work within a team to meet KPI targets, participate in daily production walks, and support continuous training and growth opportunities at a well-established collision repair facility in Canada.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of DRP compliance and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates using Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following OEM guidelines.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs and update stakeholders with timely information.
• Maintain KPI metrics (Sales/ GP/ NP/ CSI/ AR/ CT&TT).
• Support team members and participate in health & safety meetings.
