Job summary

CSN Collision is seeking an Estimator & Customer Experience Specialist to prepare detailed collision repair estimates and manage the customer-facing experience. You will use Mitchell, Audatex, and related tools to ensure accuracy, while communicating with customers, insurers, and vendors throughout the repair process.

The role includes front-office duties such as inquiries, scheduling, claims administration, documentation, and delivering quality customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of collision estimating experience.
• 3–5 years of customer service, AP/AR, or administrative experience (asset).
• Proficiency with Mitchell Connect, Audatex, Mitchell UltraMate, Mitchell Tech Advisor, and OEM repair platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates following OEM procedures and insurer requirements.
• Communicate with customers, insurers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Schedule appointments, manage claims, and maintain accurate records.
