Job summary

CSN Collision is recruiting a Collision Centre General Manager to oversee facility operations, lead staff, and handle customer inquiries while driving sales and performance across our Canadian network.

You will supervise day-to-day repair activities, manage insurance claims, controls, and parts inventory, and recruit/train technicians. You will also analyze financial data to boost efficiency and profitability, with compensation of $75,000–$125,000 CAD per year.

Qualifications

• At least five years of collision centre management or estimating experience.
• Five or more years of store management or similar experience.
• Team leadership, communication, interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Bodyshop Connect and Nexsyis is an asset.

Work details and benefits

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role involves exposure to fumes, dirt, chemicals or toxins, hazards, heat or cold, and noise.
